What to expect in private yoga sessions
In your private yoga therapy session, your condition will be thoroughly assessed and your history taken. You’ll be taught specific yoga therapy moves to give you the tools to take control of your personal health issues. The therapy is holistic and will deal with symptom relief while also treating the underlying cause of disease.
You may be offered advice on food choices and lifestyle to help you restore balance and healthy habits in your life — but only if you’re open and willing to hear it.
Take home targeted yoga therapy moves and video recordings that take just a few minutes to do daily to make lasting changes.
In subsequent sessions, we will assess your progress and recommend new yoga therapy moves, dietary advice or treatments as your condition evolves. Sessions usually involve a personalised 1:1 yoga therapy class where we’ll do a small number of highly targetted movements that address your individual needs. You’ll leave feeling stronger, clearer and calmer with more stable energy.
