Online Retreat with Nid+Adele
Overview of online content
Series Overview
This 12-week series has workshops, yoga classes and meditation classes to guide you gently from surviving to thriving in your daily life. And if thriving is already your gig, the deep dive into spiritual concepts and practices will be an invaluable aid to your spiritual journey.
Each week we host an in-depth discussion of a wellness theme of interest and facilitate a movement section to embody that week’s workshop theme. A yoga class and meditation class accompany each workshop to support you during the week, or as often as you wish to repeat them.
The Online Retreat series was first offered during Covid lockdowns in 2020 as a collaboration between Adele and Nid (jump below for more about Nid). Nid and Adele ran the program via Zoom to live participants and have once again shared the content here and on Nid’s website so that Members have access to the unique resources within the series.

Weekly Content
Each week, there is a workshop of approximately 90 min in two parts — a discussion and a movement section.
A 60-min themed yoga class each week draws mostly on Japanese yoga therapy and, in some cases, on Satyananda hatha yoga. The yoga classes tend to build from gentle at the beginning of the program to more intense towards the end, and modifications are offered for the more challenging poses.
The majority of the weekly meditation classes are about 50 min long and contain breathwork, a full-length Yoga nidra (this translates as ‘yogic sleep’ — it deeply ana blissfully regenerates the body and mind), followed by a unique meditation practice each week.
We recommend that you start with the first workshop and accompanying yoga and meditation in your first week and progress through the series, one per week, in the order given. Of course, you can mix it up or progress much faster if you prefer, and all recordings can be repeated as often as you wish.
Course handouts
The course comes with a recipe card each week that you can download and have fun with in the kitchen. Yum.
