METAL ELEMENT CLASS

Essential movements for depression, feelings of aloneness, excessive talk/laughter, difficulty speaking or communicating clearly and congenital or chronic heart conditions. CORE STABILITY

Join Adele for this great beginner’s class in meridian yoga therapy recorded for the Yoga For Good Foundation’s Community Yoga Class program. Do this class daily if you struggle with a weak core or sore lower back. This class will tone and stabilise the entire core — abdomen, lower back and sides of the waist. Practice it until you feel strong in your whole body, stabilised in your mind, have great posture and good balance. You’ll develop a strong sense of self and strong gut instincts as to what’s right for you at any given moment. Any digestive issues will start to resolve as you strenghten your mind-gut connection with regular practice of this class. Pranayama — square breathing.
