Policies for all products except for print-on-demand clothing (see below)
Any stock (other than clothing) that is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing error will be replaced or refunded. Notice must be given in writing (ie email) within 30 days of delivery to request replacement or refund and include photos of the damage or manufacturing error. Exchange is unnecessary if photos giving clear proof of damage/manufacturing error are provided. Without proof, products must be returned at the expense of the purchaser.
For non-delivery of items, a full refund will be issued if the fault lies with the Owner of Move Yoga Therapy or with Australia Post. No refund will be issued if a parcel is lost due to the purchaser supplying an incorrect address.
Refunds will be issued within 2 working days (except on school holidays when processing may take longer). The Owner of Move Yoga Therapy has sole discretion in granting a refund or replacement.
Policies for print-on-demand (POD) clothing, which ship direct from the production company, Printful
Printful works with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.
Delivery — Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill (ie print) an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time in Australia is 2–14 business days.
Returns — Printful doesn’t offer returns, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at adele@moveyogatherapy.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged or wrong product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
Refunds — Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong item or a damaged item. If either of these apply, contact us as per Returns above.
Exchanges —At this time, Printful doesn’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at adele@moveyogatherapy.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
Failure of delivery — What to do if your order doesn’t arrive. Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at adele@moveyogatherapy.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Yoga mat hire
Yoga mats must be used in accordance with their purpose and in a respectful manner that does not cause damage beyond the expected wear of normal daily use.
A deposit of AUD50 per mat will be collected at the time of hire and will be returned in full provided that the mat is undamaged and does not have more than a normal level of wear. Photos may be taken as evidence. The owner of Move Yoga Therapy has sole discretion over the return of the deposit and how much if any will be retained to alleviate the cost of any damages.
A once-off cleaning fee will apply to each mat hired at the time of hire: AUD5 for cork and jute mats and AUD10 for organic cotton mats. Do NOT clean the mat prior to return. The owner of Move Yoga Therapy will clean the mat carefully using appropriate methods and materials to ensure that the mat is clean and hygienic for the next hire.
Yoga mats must be used for yoga and meditation ONLY and according to the following conditions:
Mats MAY be used outside provided that the location chosen does not contain water, mud, moisture, dew, sticks, stones, glass, shells, animal parts, fecal matter, or any other substance that might damage, stain, or otherwise negatively affect the mat.
Mats may NOT be used for any of the following general purposes when not specifically doing yoga or meditation, including but not limited to: sitting on the beach; sitting on the ground outside; sleeping on; covering furniture; covering vehicle upholstery; eating on; cooking on; playing card or board games or writing on; burning candles on or near; allowing pets or any other animals to sit, scratch, claw, bite, peck, poo or wee on; using or leaving close to fire whether open fireplace, firebox, stove or campfire; leaving in the sun when not in use, or close to any other heat source.
Mats must NOT be left in a hot, sealed vehicle for prolonged periods if at all possible. If unavoidable, please bury the mat as deep as possible underneath other bags, blankets, towels etc to provide as much insulation from the heat as possible. Do not cover with heavy objects such as an eski that could deform the rubber.
Mats may NOT be used with or near any chemicals or substances whether natural or synthetic that may cause damage to the mat. Such chemicals and substances include but are not limited to: any kind of sunscreen; essential oils, cooking oils or massage oils; perfumes; spray deodorants; insect repellant of any kind whether spray, roll-on or oil-based; salt water; clean fresh water beyond a light moisture or light spray; mud, dirt, sand or grit; food or drinks.
Cork/jute/rubber mats must be stored rolled. Cork mats must be rolled with the cork on the outside. Organic cotton mats must be rolled or neatly folded. If a bag was supplied with the mat when hired, the mat must be stored in the bag when not in use.
Mats must be returned no later than close of business on the date of return unless approval has been granted for an extension or late return. Advanced notice of any changes of circumstances requiring extension or late return will give the best chance of a satisfactory outcome. Extensions cost AUD3.33 per day or the next weekly rate, whichever is more suitable.
If a mat is lost, stolen or damaged beyond reasonable repair such that it must be removed from stock, the wholesale replacement cost of the mat will be charged, minus the deposit of AUD50, which has already been paid. This additional replacement fee will be approximately AUD10-20 for cork and jute mats, and approximately AUD115 for organic cotton mats.
Zoom and in-studio classes and courses
Liability disclaimer—I (the Client) acknowledge that I take full responsibility for my health during and after yoga classes and therapy sessions. I will ask for assistance from the teacher/therapist if I experience pain or am unsure how to ease discomfort. I will inform my teacher/therapist of any medical changes before each class or therapy session. I will take full responsibility if I become injured or unwell as a result or perceived result of participating in yoga or therapy sessions, either during or after class/therapy session or if performing yoga/therapy at home between sessions whether or not the actions leading to injury or ill health was recommended by the teacher/therapist.
Video recordings and handouts—© Copyright Adele Vincent 2022. All materials created and shared by Adele, the Owner of Move Yoga Therapy, are for your personal use only. You may not share them with anyone else. However, if someone who lives with you wishes to use the recordings and handouts too, they are welcome to do so at no extra charge.
WhatsApp groups—If you are a member of a What’s App group, this is for the benefit of all members and must be used with respect for all. Don’t post any offensive or extraneous material—only questions, conversations and photos related to your Course. Failure to do so may have you removed from the group. Adele will answer questions as soon as practicable but will be unavailable during the Tasmanian school holidays.
Recipes—Many of the recipes that are shared with you on this website, in newsletters or during Courses were made (or substantially tweaked) by Adele. Feel free to share the recipes but if you publish them anywhere please acknowledge your source and drop Adele a line to let her know.
Refund policy—For in-person Courses, you may get a full refund up until the end of the second week of the Course. If you wish to cancel your Course after the initial 2-week grace period, we will assess your situation on a case-by-case basis. For further details, go to www.sanara.studio.
Covid policy—Adele is triple vaccinated. The Covid policy of Sanara Studio will be upheld by Adele and will be expected of all in-studio participants. If you have any Covid-like symptoms, you must, for the good of yourself and for all, join via Zoom rather than attend in-studio. If you must isolate due to Covid/ close contact/ other illness, you may join classes via Zoom if well enough or catch up later with the recordings if not.
