ABOUT THE YOGA MATS

Anjali ‘Luxury Cork’ mat — a soft layer of cork on a natural tree rubber base. Very cushioning. Less grippy, great for yin, restorative and sliding Ryoho yoga therapy moves. 5 mm thick, 2.7 kg.

Anjali ‘High Performance Jute’ mat — a layer of natural jute fabric heat bonded to a natural tree rubber base. Very grippy and hard-wearing. 4 mm thick, 2.5 kg.

LovEarth ‘Ochre Studio’ mat — natural jute and tree rubber coloured with Western Australian red ochre. Grippy and hard-wearing. 4 mm thick, 2.2 kg.

Anjali ‘Niraamaya Organic cotton Ayurveda’ mat — hand-loomed oragnic cotton dyed with Ayurvedic herbs and lightly coated with natural rubber for excellent grip. Not much cushioning but folds for packing and into a comfy 3-layer meditation mat. 4-6 mm thick, 1.3 kg.
