Course Overview
A 36-class course to experience the yoga therapy of each of the 12 meridians in depth. Balance your meridians and learn which ones need more work to restore functions you thought you’d lost forever. We need to use it or we lose it. Discover which classes and specific yoga therapy moves make the biggest impact for you and repeat them daily, or often, to help restore function and balance on all levels. Weekly Content
Each week, there are 3 one-hour classes to explore that week’s meridian:
Spirit class—easier, light movements; to move past your perceived barriers
Mind class—held poses; to reconnect the mind and the body through the breath
Body class—harder, stronger moves; to straighten, strengthen and realign the spine and whole body.
Of course, you can take as long as you like to do the course and repeat classes as often as you like, but do make sure you progress through the course in the order given because each week builds on the last.

The course handouts support your learning each week by explaining the elements, the symptoms of imbalance and the lifestyle to create balance. Each meridian is supported by a delicious wholefoods meal plan that makes rapid improvements in body function, especially when combined with yoga therapy. Below are some examples:
