Healing anxiety from family patterns with Adele’s meridian yoga

Anxiety is at pandemic levels, manifesting in poor sleep, attention issues, and even panic attacks. It seems that almost everyone experiences it to some degree. Alarmingly, this is increasingly evident in young children, affecting their ability to focus, recall information and socialise effectively.

This month, we’re thrilled to introduce Adele Vincent, who is on a mission to help anxious children through the joy of Japanese Meridian Therapy Yoga.

Adele's passion is healing family patterns through teaching kids yoga. After seeing her own children's behaviours shift due to anxiety she shares her journey of discovery through Japanese Meridian Therapy Yoga for how it can shift both adults and kids back to grounded and calm so that they can connect better at home. She is no stranger to sharing her great wisdom in our community as the co-creator of the Online Retreat series.
