Children respond quickly to yoga therapy to efficiently improve function and structure, balance physical and mental development, and teach invaluable life skills. Adele specialises in helping children feel heard and supported and able to express their feelings and emotions. You will learn highly targetted yoga therapy moves to address specific health concerns.
